Zyus e-commerce & Investor sites
Project Summary
ZYUS hired Havas to design a single digital experience to position their company and differentiate them from market competitors. Patients’ and investors’ experiences would be divided into two sites. I ran lead on the project and oversaw experience design, mentoring junior designers, helping guide visual design, and working closely with the engineering teams.
Some of the things we did over the course of the project:
Business context assessment
Stakeholder consultation
Competitive analysis
User/task flows
Information architecture
User experience strategy
Brand documentation
Design Detailed wireframes
Prototyping Visual concepts
Solution
We began with restructuring the sitemaps for each site, understanding any processes that currently happen offline.
Early draft of the investor site map
early draft of the Ecommerce site map
We worked with their SMEs to digitize the registration process, considering their unique audience. We had to account for persons with accessibility concerns, including cognitive and visual challenges due to age and impairment. As such, we created registration forms that made the content digestible by leveraging extra large form fields so users only had to interact with the minimum amount of fields at one once.
Early wireframe of the registration landing page.
Wireframe of the registration process.
The investor and consumer sites were designed in parallel in order to maintain a consistent vision for both. Concepts were created in a cadence as wireframes were designed and approved.
Results
